Programs

[Eligibility Criteria and Requirements]
-Undergraduate students. Applicants must be students who are enrolled as full-time students at the University during the period of the program. (Those who are on temporary leave from the University or those who will lose their student status due to graduation, etc. during the time of the program are not eligible to apply.)
-Please only apply after consulting with the relevant section of the Faculty with which you will be affiliated during the program term in order to receive explanations on the points to be noted concerning the program and, and fully understand the points. Also, please note that there could be specific regulations regarding the program.
-Students who already have a supervisor or equivalent at ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app must notify them of their application to the program in advance and receive approval from the supervisor.
-Fulfill all the requirement mandated by AUA such as internet access and Microsoft Teams account.
-Students who can submit academic assignments
-Students must follow all instructions or warnings given by ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app and the host institute.

Monday, 23 September 2024 (Contact the Exchange Education Promotion Group by the deadline) Nominees will be selected by a draw if there are more applications than available spots )

Please ensure that you allow ample time to receive an explanation of academic considerations regarding program participation from the relevant department within your faculty or graduate school. Please note that it may not be possible to provide immediate assistance just before the deadline. Confirm the full name of the person who provided the explanation.

Notes

?Before applying, applicants must make sure that the programs do not interfere with their semester courses since no consideration may be made for attending the program and may make study plan on its own responsibility.
?Participants must fully comprehend the purposes of the programs and strive to complete the program courses while achieving a high level of academic performance.
?Participants must be aware that they are representatives of the University, and thus must comply with the regulations and rules of their host universities.
?Participants must be aware that they have been recommended by the University, and thus must not cancel their participation or be absent without notice.
?Participants must submit a report (google form will be sent out to the participants later) to the International Education Promotion Group, ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app, after completing the program.
