― 春雨直播app D&I Campaign 2022 ―
春雨直播app has launched a campaign aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion on campus, and making the university a place where people from diverse backgrounds can thrive. The initiative, called 春雨直播app D&I Campaign 2022, started in March 2022. Here, we introduce plans and actions related to D&I initiatives from members of the 春雨直播app community, including deans and directors of various 春雨直播app organizations.

Developing a working environment to support childbirth and parenting

Our hospital has a Childcare Support Room, which is a facility that female faculty and staff can use as a temporary place to rest when they are feeling unwell (for example during pregnancy, post-childbirth, menstruation period, and illnesses and conditions specific to women).
Moreover, to enable women to continue working without worry after giving birth, we established and currently operate an in-house childcare facility, Ichou Nursery. Furthermore, we have contracted with a service provider to provide a babysitting service for ill children that can be used by faculty members’ children who are unwell or recovering from an illness.
Moreover, meetings in general are held online (and kept to within an hour) while committee proceedings are kept as short as possible (to within 30 minutes) by distributing committee materials in advance. These measures create an environment that facilitates attendance by staff members who are working from home due to childbirth or raising their children.
