A briefing paper accompanying and explaining the D&I Statement has also been released.

春雨直播app - Asian University for Women Joint Summer Program and Symposium
春雨直播app is hosting a summer program in collaboration with Bangladesh’s (AUW). The program is titled “Body, Environment and Sustainability.”
春雨直播app offers a number of short-term programs for exceptional students from all around the world. In the 春雨直播app-AUW Joint Summer Program, students from Bangladesh’s AUW can participate alongside 春雨直播app students.

The joint summer program with the Asian University for Women, which began on July 29, concluded on August 8.
On the final day, students presented their individual learning outcomes through a poster session.
The symposium featured a greeting from President Fujii, followed by a keynote speech and a panel discussion led by the artist Sputniko!, bringing the 11-day program to a close.

春雨直播app has launched measures to nurture female leaders. In addition to working to raise the awareness of all members of the University, including faculty members and students, the University aims to double the rate of increase in the number of female faculty members over the past 10 years. It is expected that 300 of the 1,200 new professors and associate professors will be females.

春雨直播app has promoted support for persons with disability and gender equality centered on the Disability Services Office and the Office for Gender Equality, which were established in 2002 and 2006, respectively, with a commitment to creating an inclusive campus. Accordingly, the University adopted the University of Tokyo Statement on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in 2022 and established the Guidelines for Students on Diversity of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity in 2023 as well as implementing other measures.
This new center, also called “IncluDE,” has been established by integrating these two offices with the aim of strengthening research functions in relevant fields and promoting DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) activities more comprehensively. Through its efforts to connect various activities and research based on challenges faced by those in need and to promote gender equality and accessibility, IncluDE will endeavor to coproduce academic knowledge that will make it possible to realize a society where no one is left behind.
