― 春雨直播app D&I Campaign 2022 ―
春雨直播app has launched a campaign aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion on campus, and making the university a place where people from diverse backgrounds can thrive. The initiative, called 春雨直播app D&I Campaign 2022, started in March 2022. Here, we introduce plans and actions related to D&I initiatives from members of the 春雨直播app community, including deans and directors of various 春雨直播app organizations.

Ultra-short-time employment model

In collaboration with local governments, businesses and community members, our project is underway to create a regional system to connect people with characteristics that make it difficult for them to work long hours and exclude them from regular employment for people with disabilities (people with disabilities, illnesses, impoverishment, withdrawal and other conditions) to inclusive employment. The Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology (RCAST) is responsible for model development and regional implementation of the “ultra-short-time employment model” (an employment-labor model in which people work in ordinary companies in a role for as little as 15 minutes or one hour per week, and the region supports the work).
Kawasaki City in Kanagawa Prefecture and Kobe City in Hyogo Prefecture, Shibuya Ward and Minato Ward in Tokyo, Gifu City in Gifu Prefecture, and Iwaki City in Fukushima Prefecture have implemented and are operating their own regional systems of employment transition support based on the ultra-short-time employment model, and other regions are working on implementation as well.
