The theme for this year will be “Global Commons”.
While today's economic and social situation has brought about great development to mankind,
its enormous environmental impact has affected the global system,
leading to global warming and the destruction of large-scale ecosystems.
It has also been pointed out in various situations that this threatens the human community
such as through COVID-19 and extreme weather conditions.
What actions should we take in order to pass on the global environment in a sound form
to future generations and to realize a sustainable human society?
This forum will invite leaders from around the world who are active on the front lines in fields
such as environment, economy, and social change, and will hold discussions aimed at the future online
and distribute them to the world.
As a session to wrap up the two days, a session arranged by our students is also planned.
Simultaneous interpretation between Japanese and English will be available.
