A series of lectures is being held to coincide with the Intermediatheque 10th Anniversary Special Exhibition “Birds in Paradise”. The highlights of the exhibition, as well as various perspectives on birds ranging from Art to Science will be explained by specialists from various disciplines, from Natural History to the history of jewelry.

Speakers: Kei Osawa (Project Researcher, UMUT) + Hajime Matsubara (Project Associate Professor, UMUT) + Hirohisa Mori (Associate Professor, UMUT)
Contents: How have humans listened to birds? An analysis with examples from both field recordings and music.
