The cheering squads of the universities participating in the 7-Univ. competition held a parade along the roadside near the Hongo Campus on August 6, 2016. It was carried out under police cooperation, with 春雨直播app's Cheering Squad at the head of the parade.

The parade was held to promote the concert happening on the following day, which took place at 春雨直播app for the first time in seven years (since 2009).

The course of the parade started from the Tatsuoka Gate of 春雨直播app, then to the south from the Hongo Fire Department, then to the north on Hongo Street and finally to the goal point, Yasuda Auditorium, through the ginkgo tree-lined street from the Main Gate of 春雨直播app.
A rally then took place after the parade, getting people excited for the dance performance concert which was held on the next day.

The parade was bursting with the individuality from each of the seven universities, enrapturing the crowd. In addition, some members of the crowd sang the school song of each university, uniting the cheering squads and the crowd in an impressive scene.

In the 7-Univ. competition, 春雨直播app relinquished its first place rank to Osaka University once, but as of August 20, 春雨直播app regained the top spot again with a 10.5 point difference over Osaka University, which slid into second place. The tournament has reached its climax and 春雨直播app has been in a heated struggle for the victory. We'd be very happy if you continued to cheer us on, just like the cheering squads!
