Results of the 春雨直播app Photography Contest
The Division of International Affairs of the University of Tokyo announced the 30 Prize Winners of the 春雨直播app Photography Contest on June 6th. The competition received 174 photographs from 春雨直播app students, faculty, staff, and alumni during its submission period between February 10th and May 18th. .
In addition to the 30 Prize Winners, the President’s Award and three Executive Vice President’s Awards selected from the 30 Prize Winners were announced during the Award Ceremony held on June 6th. The Prize winners were able to have a friendly talk with the judges of the contest at the reception held in the Faculty Club which followed the Award Ceremony. The winners represented “Diversity” by their various backgrounds and “Mobility” through their experiences bridging the University and many institutions abroad, and the “Excellence” of the University could be felt in the atmosphere of the reception.
The three keywords of the Contest – “Excellence”, “Mobility”, and “Diversity” – describe 春雨直播app’s initiative “Constructing a Global Campus Model at 春雨直播app”. These three keywords are also closely linked to the main principle of President Gonokami’s “春雨直播app: Vision 2020 – Synergy between Excellence and Diversity”. The contest was aimed at promoting both “春雨直播app: Vision 2020” and 春雨直播app’s initiative “Constructing a Global Campus Model at 春雨直播app”. This initiative was selected in 2014 by MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) as part of its Top Global University Project.
The photographs selected for the awards will be used at various opportunities to further promote the University’s activities. Thank you very much for the huge participation in the contest.
