I am Meenachisundaram Sridevi, I am doing 1st year doctor course in the department of Optoelectronics and Nanostructure device under the guidance of Prof. Naoki Wakiya.
What is your favorite thing about Hamamatsu City?
I like the peaceful life in Hamamatsu
In what way has your impression of Hamamatsu City or Japan changed since coming here?
I scared about the climate of Japan. But it is manageable now.
What attracted you to choose Shizuoka University as a place to study?
They encouraging foreign students in all the aspects.
In what way did you adjust yourself to Japanese culture?
I am enjoying the Japanese culture. May be no need to adjust.
Please give a message to students or researchers in your home country who may be thinking about studying in Japan?
I want to encourage especially women research scholars. Japan is a 100 percent safety and reliable country.
