Menu description
Spice Curry
An authentic curry developed jointly by the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥app Spice Club and the University of Tokyo Co-op¡¯s dining department, the dish is characterized by aromatic cardamom and a refreshing piquantness, combined with an exquisite harmony of spices. Striking a balance between familiar and unique flavors, the recipe combines student creativity with traditional savoriness, making for a truly delicious campus creation.
Komaba-don
A creative rice bowl dish based on an idea dreamed up by a student co-op member and introduced in 2018, the ingredients in the bowl cleverly express the characteristic features of the Komaba Campus, with the green lettuce, red ground meat and yellow cheese representing nature, Building 1 and gingko trees, respectively. The exquisite-tasting dish, created by salsa-seasoned ground meat and cheese combined with lettuce, is a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
